Favourable Results

The native (the person whose chart it is) is powerful, courageous, capable, valorous, and ever ready for debate and argument. He is victorious as well. He has a fondness for fine attire and adornment. He is a conqueror of enemies (shatru), and through the influence of others he gets his own interests fulfilled. He becomes the uplifter of his family line (kula). Such a native gains wealth suddenly. His sexual potency (kama shakti) is strong. If Rahu (the north lunar node, a shadow graha) stands under an exalted influence (ucca), it forms a Raja yoga (a planetary combination producing royal, kingly results) and secures him royal splendour. Such a native, even when born into a very lowly household, rises to high positions.

Unfavourable Results

The native is ugly, adulterous, evil-minded, sickly, lazy, sorrowful, a swindler, selfish, devoid of compassion, and lacking in good conduct (shila). There are dark spots on his face. He remains infatuated with many women. His wife's health often remains frail. He suffers some disease in the upper part of his body and in the head. He is without a son, or else a child of his dies. He bears malice toward the state (the ruling authority), and as a result obstacles arise in his advancement in office and the like. Should he become an atheist and irreligious (adharmic), the unfavourable results are greater still.
