Favourable Results

The native (the person whose chart it is) has a handsome body, and is fortunate, learned, valorous, radiant, and benevolent. He speaks sweetly. He acquires excellent education and is a devoted connoisseur of the shastras (the classical scriptures). He wears fine garments, is skilled in shringar (the art of personal adornment), and gains wealth in many ways. He himself holds office in the service of the state and earns praise within his own department. His enemies remain tormented by fear of him. All his aspirations are fulfilled, and his wealth is spent on auspicious works. He builds an excellent house. Usually he has no sons; but if Ketu (the south lunar node, a shadow graha) is under an auspicious influence, he obtains excellent sons.

Unfavourable Results

The native suffers afflictions of the stomach and the kidneys. Usually his sons are fortuneless and beset by suffering. The native enjoys little happiness from his mother. In the mother's case, a son is either not born at all or is born dead; and even when one is born, he is held in ill repute.
