Favourable Results

The native (the person whose chart it is) is of medium stature. His body and belly are well-proportioned, and his eyes are somewhat brown. If the native becomes a giver (dani), he is one who will give away all that he has in charity. The native's wife is of excellent lineage and character, and his own family is happy. The couple (dampati, husband and wife) are long-lived. In travel and the like, there remains no fear. If the native is a merchant, he will profit through a gentle disposition; even so, he does not earn much wealth in trade.

Unfavourable Results

If the native is envious, he is afflicted by mental anguish. He is of wrathful and wicked disposition and of immoral conduct. From the time of the native's birth onward, misfortunes befall the household of his paternal aunt (his father's sister). There are defects in his sons. His wife suffers bodily pain, skin disease, and the like. He himself becomes infatuated with other men's women. Whether in strife with women or in reconciliation with them, the native loses his honour and respect entirely. Women, too, treat him with contempt. He is afflicted with secret diseases (gupt rog). His relations with the state (the ruling authority) and with his father are not good. He has to undergo punishment by the state or imprisonment.
