Favourable Results

If Chandra (the Moon) is strong (bali), the native (the person whose chart it is) is the master of a happy life. He is long-lived. He acquires education (vidya) and obtains happiness from it too, though obstacles can sometimes arise in gaining that education. He is brave and courageous. Even though such a native may have many enemies (shatru) in his life, they cannot stand before the native's glory and might (pratap). His enemies or opponents, though they rise again and again, are defeated each time, and the native attains the glory of victory (vijayshri). He has intercourse with a widow, but does not enjoy good relations with women. He may not have the happiness of his mother (matra sukh), or his dealings with her are not good. In life he suffers sorrow on account of insult and poverty. His sons (putra santaan) are few. His maternal uncle (mama) or maternal aunt (mausi), too, has next to no happiness of children (santaan sukh) or of settled household life (grihasth sukh). Wealth (dhana) is lost through theft within the state, or on account of his kinsmen (bandhu).
