The native (the person whose chart it is) is radiant and lustrous (tejasvi), master of his senses (jitendriya), long-lived, and skilful in his work. The native is of a petty nature, ungrateful (kritaghna), untrustworthy, of wicked intellect (dushtabuddhi), cowardly, miserly, greedy, poor, and feeble. His appetite is poor. He shares no love with his wife and sons, and he is overcome by his enemies and by women. He is disgraced through fits of mania (unmaad) or through scandal (apvaad). If the drishti (aspect, the gaze a graha casts) of cruel, malefic grahas falls upon Guru (Jupiter), calamity befalls his brothers.
